Welcome to Regal Beach Club 112, this beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment is modern and inviting, the perfect elevated island getaway. The master bedroom is decorated in a contemporary style with a blue and grey palette. It also has a spacious king bed, a flat screen TV and a stunning view of the pool. In the guest bedroom, you’re greeted by coastal décor and two twin beds perfect for the kids or can be put together to create a King bed. In the main living space, you’re greeted by an open and airy kitchen, perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the sophisticated living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort as you overlook the gorgeous waters whilst watching your favorite channels on the flat screen tv. Or you can watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets. Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests. For amenities at the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and daily maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays) is included to make your vacation stay more convenient. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the infamous seven-mile beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling as well as the beautiful pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests. Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this). We stayed here with our three small kids (6, 3.5 and 3 months). This condo was perfect for us, ground level and steps from the pool and beach. The beach is eroded, sadly, but actually was perfect for our kids to play. The condo is beautiful, well stocked and very clean! The Cayman Villas team is so friendly and helpful. It was spotless! The staff was super sweet and thoughtful they left handwritten notes. They were very responsive to any email or question that we had. The pictures online do not do it justice. This condo is very spacious, clean, and right next to the Marriott. It was very convenient because my teenage daughters would just walk right over to Marriott to get breakfast, lunch, or ice cream. The food at the hotel was superb. Also, the condo was walking steps to the ocean. It exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely responsive and aimed to please. I definitely plan on returning to this property. My daughters also fully enjoyed their stay. Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Craig R. 3 Jul 2018 #### Paradise - it has it all The Regal Beach Club is an amazing property steps (maybe 10 total?) away from the pristine torqoise waters of 7 mile beach. This property is perfectly located next to the Marriott so you can enjoy all of their hotel amenities while having your own private beach and pool. The units themselves (other than 2) are approx 1200 square feet 2 bed, 2 bath with screened in porch. All units come with a dishwasher and washer dryer. Without question, we would stay in our unit again. Absolutely loved everything about it. ##### Craig R. We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous condo! It has everything you could ever need and really felt like home to us. I went with my husband and two daughters (20 and 17) and it was so nice to have such spacious living quarters unlike a regular hotel room. We liked having the Marriot right next door (we went to the spa and the beach bar). I also rented a float every day from the Marriot Red Sails and used it at the beach. There has been some beach erosion, but still room enough as the beach is slowly coming back. One minor flaw was my daughter was disappointed the jacuzzi was not hot and not operating (it was like part of the pool) We would most definitely stay here again, we loved it so much. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Comfortable space. There was no beach because of the storms last Fall. But we walked down the beach a little to be able to swim. Wear water shoes!
