From the moment you walk through the doors of this two story condo at Cayman Reef Resort you will instantly feel at home with the brand new warm decor with only the finest perks picked for our guests. No detail was spared from the finest linens down to a collapsable wagon to carry your things to the beach you can enjoy your days by the pool or on the infamous Seven Mile Beach under one of the resort umbrellas. Watch the most glorious sunsets and then shower in one of the two newly renovated bathrooms before you step out the door and are seconds away from the Camana Bay walkway where a plethora of restaurants and shops lie. While Cayman Reef #7 is not an Ocean View, Cayman Reef Resort is still beachside and the your your ability to get that beach view is just a few steps. This condo is located on the second floor and is a great location for those families that want to be busy at the beach during the day and maybe want some downtime in the afternoon. The property boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and offers direct access to a narrow stretch of beach and the turquoise Caribbean sea. Sand Shifting: Please note that, like some other properties in the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion. While most of the year there remains a narrow stretch of beach, there are times when the water comes directly to the beach wall and loungers are placed on the grassy landing above so guests can continue enjoying stunning ocean views and easy access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling, and water activities. There are nearby beach access paths north of the property that are recommended for wider stretches of sand and unobstructed beach walks. The 2 level condo allowed us room to spread out when we were all inside which was rarely! The condo is clean, comfortable, has everything you may need. The location couldn't be better: you can walk to the beautiful seven mile beach and the pool, minutes away from camana bay (great restaurants and shops) ,very close to a big grocery store (Foster's) and there are just a lot of stores and restaurants near the complex. We went to the beach every morning and evenings to watch the sunset with 3 little kids (ages 2 to 6) and it was very easy and safe for them to get there. The host is very accommodating and kind. We started communicating with our host well in advance of our trip. She was wonderful in helping us to find food for delivery and things to do upon arrival. Our family of 5 fit perfectly in to this beautiful condo. The space was lovely! Nice and clean with everything you need. We would definitely return to this spot! ##### Marci A. Super convenient location no car needed. Walk to grocery stores and great restaurants. Tennis court with pickle ball and racquets included. Recent renovation so everything is super clean and new. Full condo set up to kitchen, sheets, comfy beds, board games, beach wagon, umbrella, pickle ball, beach toys…no item not thought of. Beautiful property, private beach with always seats available, not crowded. Within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, grabbing the bus, Camana Bay, excursions (book Robert Soto), Pontoon Paradise came and picked us right up on the beach at condo property. Perfect location on SMB close to everything, owner was wonderful from beginning to end and fast response time. We will be back, best vacation ever in paradise. ##### Allison S.
