Beautiful views as you relax on your lanai overlooking the world famous seven mile beach. Master bedroom with in suite bath. Patio door to the french balcony is an arms reach from the king size bed in the master room. Wake up, roll over and gaze at the gorgeous aqua blue Caribbean water and white beach. The condo sleeps six with a master bedroom, en suite bathroom, guest bedroom, bedroom/den, shared guest bathroom, large living area, dinning area and kitchen area. Washer and dryer available (laundry soap provided), air conditioned, and new large screen high definition TV. The condo is third floor which lends itself to more privacy, security and sweeping views of the Caribbean. (I also figure those added steps balances the sunset wine and cheese). Two amazing pools on property, one overlooking the ocean and the other, which is very child friendly is located in middle of the property. Lighted tennis courts, a child's play area, kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes are available for your use at no extra charge. Wonderful barbecue area with large Weber gas grills conveniently located. Extra amenities SPECIFIC TO MY CONDO (#28), besides the best view on the property include, snorkel equipment X4, chilled filtered water dispenser, games, DVDs, six tennis rackets, sand toys, foot cleaning area prior to entering the condo complete with chair and towels to wipe your feet, amazing art work, multiple chairs, stools, foot stools and pillows for your comfort. Amazingly well stocked kitchen as I do stay here 3 months of the year. I purposely kept one standard bathtub for young children. Because of the unique location of #28, the lanai provides a wonderful sun filled spot and a nice area that always has some shade for when you have had a little too much sun. This particular condo also has the best breezes as prevailing winds are northeast to southwest and condo #28 is located top floor, northwest corner of the front building of the property catches those breezes wonderfully. When staying here we rarely use the air conditioning. I just love the breezes and the sound of lapping waves. The property is wonderfully located on the south end of Seven Mile Beach making car rental an option. When you arrive in George Town, Plantation Village is a short 10 minute Taxi ride. Just note on your emigration form you are staying at Plantation Village, and tell the same to the taxi driver. We have an office that is open 8 to 5 and will be awaiting your arrival. Please let me know if you will be arriving later and arrangements will be made for you to check in and get keys. Once on property you can choose to rent a car, catch a taxi, use the public bus transportation which runs frequently on West Bay Road, or simply walk. It is easy walking distance to Kirk's well stocked supermarket, Big Daddy's liquor store, and many great restaurants. Camana Bay is an upscale shopping/eating area again in easy walking distance. A booklet with our favorite restaurants is in the condo. Two properties away is the Marriott hotel with ocean side dinning, bar and water sports for rent.

The location of this rental is perfect. You can walk to dinner and Cabana Bay and it is right on the ocean. We snorkeled at our beach and it was really beautiful. We sat out on the screened balcony all the time. The sound of the ocean and the amazing view were wonderful. It is a great choice for a family who does not want to squeeze into a hotel room.
We had an amazing stay at this condo! Great location that was in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, which is what we were looking for. The beach is very tiny, but was great for us to lounge at late afternoon and do some snorkeling, we also knew this going into it. We didn't do much cooking at the condo, but it looks as though it was very well stocked! So nice to have a washer and dryer at our fingertips too! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
Really nice beachfront condo with an amazing view, right from the screened in deck. The snorkeling from the beachfront is okay, but there are better places. The condo was well equipped with essentials and even had detergent for the in house washer and dryer. There are many restaurants nearby. It is on the 3rd floor so not recommended if you have any mobility issues, but we are all in our 60's and had no problem. The 2 pools on the premises were great as well.

Beautiful condo!
The condo was very comfortable and perfect for 4 adults. As noted in the listing, the beach is very small. We rented a car for the week and drove to other beaches which were great for snorkeling.
We had a wonderful experience with this property. Laura was a fantastic host and very responsive with recommendations and advice. The property is gorgeous and has one of the best views you'll find in Seven Mile Beach. The screened-in lanai offers quiet, unspoiled views of the ocean. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and roomy enough for our family to spread out and truly relax. The pools and beachfront offer everything you need without having to leave the property. We can't recommend this property enough and hope to return again someday!
Nicely updated and well equipped condo with great local eateries nearby. Limited beach area with great pool right by the shore that had a beautiful view of the ocean. Laura was great to communicate quickly and a great host.
We love Grand Cayman! This condo made the trip comfortable and relaxing. This place is very well equipped. The kitchen had all the things, even a water filter for your cold water bottles! Like many other places in GC, you will need to be ready for steps up to this floor, but that would not stop me from coming back. Kayaks and paddle boards to use, 2 pools, tons of great places to eat around town. You can sit out on the screened in balcony and watch/listen to the waves and watch the sunset. we have been on 7 dives this year in GC. One of our favorites.
Unit was as described and within walking distance of many things on 7-mile beach. Only negative was that there was just a sliver of beach left at the property which we still managed to utilize. Also the Public Bus was super-easy to get to go anywhere on 7-mile beach.
One full week on Grand Cayman staying at this property. No complaints here. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo.
Everything we wanted to do or see was 15 minutes or less away, which is good if you rent a car and have to pay for expensive gas. Camana Bay is a great location. West Bay for water activities, north western shore for great restaurants.
Beautiful ocean front unit that is well appointed. Nicely remodeled and great complex with small beach and 2 pools. Walk to shopping and restaurants. We always rent a car however and parking is easy. Spotless and friendly, helpful staff on site.
We had a wonderful stay, property was as listed & provided a very comfortable stay for 5. The host was attentive & answered our questions very quickly. My only suggestion would be to replace the coffee maker, as it did not do a very job making a good pot of coffee, but it forced us to find a wonderful coffee shop right around the corner, so all was good. Overall great place!
A perfect spot to relax. This condo unit is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The pools are nice and the view is amazing. The beach area is small, but seems private with many lounges and umbrellas. Also has kayak's, paddleboards, etc available for use (not rent). Location is very good - walkable to numerous restraunts and shopping areas. Our host, Laura, was very responsive and has labeled almost everything from light switches, fans and faucets for how they works and cabinets and drawers for what's inside of them. A perfect amenity for a visitor. Highly recommend this property.
Beautiful condo in quiet, well-located complex. We travel frequently, and this was the most well-equipped and maintained unit we've experienced. Walking distance from several good local restaurants, paddle boards and kayaks available to use, 2 pools and even pickleball/tennis court. We were glad to find this - booked later than we should have and were fortunate to find an opening.
Laura was a true pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Her condo was perfect for our group and the screened balcony was great with an awesome view. The on-site team in the office were also very helpful with suggestions and information for chair/umbrella rentals.

This is the perfect place to stay. The place is literally oceanfront, and the pool is steps from the beach. There are 2 pools, but we preferred the one near the beach. I enjoyed spending time on the patio at night just hearing the waves crashing. The beach isn’t big, but enough for a few families to stay, lay out, and go swimming. The shower in the condo has great water pressure and is a delight to take a shower in. We typically cooked breakfast at the house, and the complementary coffee was a bonus. We actually finished the coffee and I bought a new jar before we left just so the next family has coffee in the morning. The washer and dryer was a bonus, and we did laundry daily to keep our dirty clothing at a minimum.
It was our first time in the Caymans and it did not disappoint. I could live on the Lanai with its beautiful and serene view of the ocean and 7 Mile Beach. This condo is well-appointed, everything you need for an extended stay. It also has updated appliances and a water dispenser to keep you hydrated. Love to enjoy the sea and snorkel? This host has everything you need to venture into the water. The location is great, close to the local Kirk Market for groceries, liquor stores on every corner and lots a great places nearby to eat--almond croissants at Icoa, seafood at The Wharf, jerk-everything at Peppers and a stone's throw from Ms. Pipers. We took advantage of the abundance of local buses and the Bird scooters. Our host was SUPER responsive ensuring our stay was relaxing and carefree. Would return happily! The unit was everything we were looking for and more. It felt like home from the moment we got there with everything you would need, and exactly where you would expect them to be. The unit is so close to everything but still well away from the heavy and loud touristy areas making for a very relaxing stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.
Property was lovely and Laura was so great to work with leading up to our trip. She gave us great recommendations and always responded quickly. Highly recommend!
