Beautifully furnished 3 bed, 3 bath, 3rd floor condo, High ceilings (only the third floor condos have this feature ) with an extra semi private 4th bedroom and full bathroom in the loft above the the 3rd bedroom ( it is not very accessible for some people (older, less agile or larger/taller people... once your in tall people can stand .). Enjoy yourself in a tranquil, spacious lagoon. Located at the popular Sunset Cove Condos, in a resort style setting with great amenities. Sunset Cove has its own private beach, with a breakwater making for a calm and protected swimming lagoon. The complex has: two fresh water swimming pools, one of which is the largest swimming pool on seven mile beach, a hot tub, a children's wading pool, and a swim up bar and restaurant. Location, Location, Location! we are not " a short walk" or "minutes from" the are on the beach.! You can sit on our patio, enjoy the view, have your coffee and breakfast, before going downstairs into the water. Dont be suprised by the warmth of the ocean, usually everybody hangs out in the water with a drink in hand. ample bathroom towels and beach towels provided. Inside our condo , we are leaving you a full array of kitchen appliances: one standard refrigerator with in door water and ice maker, plus an additional double drawer refrigerator, very practical double drawer dishwasher , which you can use separately or both drawers at same time, microwave, built in oven and cooktop. To help you prepare your meals easier and faster we have for you a blender, egg boiler, nutribullet, 2 toasters, waffle maker, popcorn maker, espresso machine, 12 cup coffee maker, hand mixer, citrus juicer, food processor, kettle, water filter. Ample glasses, pots, pans, dishes , serving plates and utensils. full range of spices for any cuisine. as well as the basics, pasta, rice, sugar, flour. In the laundry you will find a combo washer dryer ,detergent , softener, iron and a small ironing board. there is also a small gas grill on the patio. There are 2 flat screen TV's, cable TV, each room has is own a/c zone control, , washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi. upstairs bedroom has tv, no cable but has a Roku which has streaming apps. There is ample free parking as well as 24x7 security guards on premises. Other on site-facilities include a charcoal BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade on the beach. We live on island and can welcome you on arrival, and help with any questions or problems during your stay. If you should so wish, we have a self check in option with a keypad and your very own code. The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code during your stay. We are approved by the DOT Cayman Islands Tourism Licensing board. No smoking is permitted in the apartment , thank you. Housekeeping - please note we do not provide maid or cleaning service during your stay. Please be considerate during your stay. Our home will be clean when you arrive and we will clean it when you leave. no pets allowed ( sorry the condo complex does not allow it. Nightly rate excludes 13% Cayman Tourism Accommodation Tax (will be added to your total). The place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Owen Roberts airport, Taxis are readily available from the airport. If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car (there is a car rental location very close by across the road.. or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. The location of this property is great; it is a few-minute walk to seven mile beach and camana bay shops. The amenities were convenient with the onsite private beach, pool, and bar/restaurant. And Lana was an extremely gracious host with good communication and fast responses both before and during the trip. Spacious, immaculately appointed and decorated with the owner's unique original art. Large pool (with separate kiddie section) and an associated bar/grill! Protected lagoon with breakwater and associated private sandy beach. Great amenities! No elevator (at least that we could find) and it is a 3rd floor unit, so a bit of a challenge for our octogenarian parents, but overall a lovely slice of paradise. Highly recommend. ##### Paul S. The condo was wonderful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen amenities were outstanding, we had everything needed to have an outstanding experience. Two bedroom TVs worked but would not bring up channel programming, but this appeared to be experienced by private owners as well. The wave break on the beach in front of the condo complex was greatly appreciated as the winds/waves were high during our stay. Ocean temp was very warm. We loved the pool/hot tub/swim up bar! There were plenty of chaise lounges on the beach & by the pool without waits. We will definitely return in future years! Thanks for a great experience!! ##### Bernice U. The place has every kitchen appliance you can think of. The pictures accurately depict the condo. The view is amazing and it’s a short walk to the pool. Just as an fyi there is no elevator. It’s only 3 flights but we did work up a sweat getting our 50 lb bags up to the condo. ##### Betty F. We had 3 couples who comfortably stayed in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, and totally stocked with anything and everything you could need. You couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The swim area in the ocean was absolutely amazing, and the pool bar/pool area/hot tub was a fun extra thing to have on the grounds. The location was top notch. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. The only small downfall, though it’s not really a downfall, was that you had to go up some steep stairs for one of the bathrooms. But at least it was an additional bathroom. For that minor detail, the view and location made up for it by far. Our host was exceptional! She was very responsive and answered all our questions. And went above and beyond by picking up our groceries for us ahead of time. This place has it all, and had a lovely cove to swim and snorkel in on 7mile beach. We were here in late November and unfortunately we couldn't walk all the way up to the rest of 7 mile beach because of the way the sand had settled. The condo has everything, but the only thing we were surprised about was the term penthouse. We thought we had a whole rooftop to ourselves, but it's just a top floor condo with a few other terraces next door to you so it's not fully private. Still beautiful, but just not what we were expecting. The owner/manager was unbelievably helpful and we highly recommend this listing! ##### Jaymee M. There were just so many perfect luxuries, from the deck, the art on the walls, the comfortable bedding, not to mention the perfect beach and pool area! It was in a perfectly walkable area where restaurants and shops were all within a few minutes. The hosts were fantastic and so attentive to questions, making this one of our favorite vacations yet! The location is fantastic, close to great restaurants like Peppers (our personal favorite) and Coconut Joes. The beach is by far the best beach we saw on the island. The snorkeling in front of the condo is amazing and the rock barrier keeps the sand clean and beautiful. The pool area is super fun with a swim-up bar, music, and plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The condo its self is also perfect. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owners are very generous and encourage you to use everything that is there. I've stayed in many VRBO homes and this one is by far the cleanest, most well organized and stocked of all of them. ##### joni C.
