New kitchen! New bath King Bed NEW furniture Cayman Reef #5 One bed with King Bed. Lots of extras and GREAT PRICE! Cayman Reef #5 \*Note\* The beach in front of Cayman Reef has become very active over the last two years. The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through December when the winter waves do their job of bringing the sand back. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef. Happy to say that we currently have some beach (as of April 2025) in front of the complex and will likely have through June/July. We provide folding beach chairs so that you can access the beach next door (or elsewhere on the Island) if visiting during a time when our water is up to the wall. Check out our reviews on our other condos! We own other one bedrooms at Cayman Reef and this is the newest one to our portfolio. We try to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation at a great price. Lots of little extras - stocked with coffee, tea, olive oil, laundry detergent, etc, etc. We even give you a little cell phone to use for your visit and also include a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US. Our condo is located at Cayman Reef Resort in the heart of the action on Seven Mile Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom and and WIFI internet throughout the unit. We also include a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US and provide a local cell phone for you to use during your visit. We have paid attention to detail to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, set of wine glasses, serving dishes and knife block to name just a few. We have added high quality bedding and towels to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects. We are located on a beautiful, wide section of Seven Mile Beach close to all amenities. Enjoy snorkeling directly in front of the complex and easy access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc) a short walk away at the Royal Palms beach bar. A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or scuba diving. Also within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town. Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will also find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining. As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM very close by. Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus. As we live in the same complex, we offer you the additional benefit of being close by should you need anything. We include a welcome package of some of our favorite things to do on-island and where to find all of the necessities. We are also able to arrange babysitting should you require such services. Had a car, but easily could have not rented a car. Beach out front is on the small side and quality depends on weather. Half the trip it was amazing and the other half it was small and churned up, but there are other beaches drivable and not far. Condo is clean, well stocked, great shower, right next to a nice pool. There was everything you could need for the kitchen. Owner left a bottle of champagne, coffee, and there was supplies to do laundry. That was extremely thoughtful and not expected. Complex is quiet. You can work right next door up the beach to a beach bar. Wife and I stayed with two kids 5 and 8, there were some other families with nice kids there. The unit is nicely appointed with a full kitchen, drip coffee maker (owner supplied the coffee - thanks Trinda!), new bathroom and all the electronic gadgets of the modern world. It was very quiet around the complex and the area in general in mid-October which was great. The pool was right out the door and the beach just a 2 minute walk. Everything could have not been easier. So nice just going to your condo vs having to stop and go thru the run around of check in like most other places. I knew the code for the door before I was off the plane and it was great to kick back and just go straight to the beach. The beach was short steps away from the condo. Sunrise and sunset were awesome!! We found everything we needed within steps of the property or a very short drive. We used Dive Tech for our diving needs and they were awesome. We were, however, disappointed that there were no towel racks or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. No dishwasher in kitchen, as advertised. We stayed at Cayman Reef #5 for a week and had a wonderful trip. Our host Trinda was so helpful with all the recommendations and amenities. She was also Johnny-on-the-spot when we had a minor issue with the air conditioner and was over within minutes with the repair guy to fix it. Pretty amazing. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Speaking of which, I am now addicted to the Ninja blender that was provided for our use and will be buying one of my own a.s.a.p.! The community was peaceful and all the "neighbors" very lovely as well. Just a great trip in general. Next time we'll bring the kiddos and stay in one of her bigger units! ##### Karen W. The location was perfect, being on the first floor only steps from the pool and a 1-minute walk to the beach through the courtyard. The interior was as advertised with new appliances and furniture.
