Rooms are clean and well appointed. The decor is almost over the top tropical, very fun. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Good food at several venues. This was my second stay, and I look forward to many more.
Margaritaville exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place to stay. We have NO complaints all. Every evening there was some sort of entertainment, the room and the grounds were very well kept, plenty of places to eat in the resort and just a few locks away and beautiful beach. mile beach. There are so many beaches, turtle farm, snorkeling and diving around the island. We always felt safe even walking at night and no one bugging you selling junk on the beach.
Great location, very walkable to quite a few restaurants. Very friendly staff. Three great pools. Great beach. Nightly entertainment in the lobby for great dancing.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the pool areas and the beach. Great service from the front desk and housekeeping. Great bar areas.
Air conditioner was extremely loud, but it helped drown out the roosters that crowed All Night Long! Only had a shower, no tub. Ice machines only on every other floor. Expected a little better than a parking lot view room for $355 per night. (No matter what package you choose, add $ 100 per night for resort fees, taxes and fees.)
The pool area surrounding the walkways could have been a little more cleaned and free of debri and more care for the landscape. Somewhat older and in need of more attention. The open lobby is really lovely. Service at pool bar was just average. Grand Cayman is very beautiful. Coconut Joe's is a good option for breakfast. Rooms are simple and adequate-- not sure the floor was mopped well during the stay. Note to management, please remind staff that they should enjoy working in hospitality. Overall, I would recommend the resort.
We paid for pool view room, but as soon as we arrived they gave a room with a "great " parking lot and construction view.(according to the management resort was overbooked) .So, we spend first and a half of a second day of our 5 days vacation with our luggage unpacked.
Next day management moved us to a room with a great view and waved resort fee , which was very nice .
I thin kit has been recently remodeled-Staff is excellent- rooms have been re-done and are nice - clean. It is one of the cheaper places to stay on the Island and for the cost, it is a very nice -good property. It is NOT marriott nor is the price you pay. It is a clean environment - food good staff very nice. we would go back to it but I would probably look at the Marriott but realizing I will probably pay double. Pool is good - beach is good as well. The need to reserve your pool side lounger is NOT good. They need to police the reservation of chairs "by placing your towel on chair" and not coming back for 3 hrs much btr. By 700 am there is no pool side chairs which have not been reserved.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Liked the beach area, the friendly staff and ease of walking to some restaurants and shops. Didn't like that we had to wait for our room to be ready, waited 2 days for a safe and small refrigerator, people above our first floor room flicking cigarette ashes and butts down into our patio yard (particularly when we were outside) and 5 days for an ice bucket. For us, the all inclusive was priced high so we rented a car and went out to eat much cheaper. The free continental breakfast got tiring for 7 days to eat the same muffins, croissants and Danish with an apple or banana available most days. The man in the looby only advised us on the expensive tours to Stingray City. We found out too late from another guest that we needed to ask for the $20 cheaper tour that did the same thing with a cheaper company. Also didn't like that chairs at both the pools and beach always were covered with towels all the time with few people actually sitting in them. The warning tags are ridiculous and do nothing. The last 3 days were much better when the resort wasn't as crowded. I also took an unattended mop from the cleaning cart and mopped my own floor as my feet were getting filthy from walking on the floor.
Had great pools, could use a bar closer to the beach. The beach n cove were nice, but need more chairs. The condo people need there own area in front of the unit.
Margaritaville didn’t have our room ready for us when we got there and sent us to another hotel. They said it would be on them, hen we had to fight for the credit at check out.
The rooms were very nice though

Told us they were overbooked so we would have to transfer to other hotel for 1st night. Said no, they had a room after all but checked us in 2 hours after check in...5:30pm. We arrived at 3:00pm. No apology, manager was simply rude.
Details of the area should have been told as first time guests to CI! We didn't even know we had access to the Beach Club! Pool towels should have been more readily available!
The room wasn’t clean at all. For a resort built in 2018 the building was rundown. We spent most of our time out of the room and away from the hotel

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Ok, so first, they should not be advertising that they are on 7 mile beach...unless you have a snorkel and mask you can't connect without going to the road and walking 2 blocks
The staff was unfriendly for the most part..............I was shocked at the migration every day from Margaritaville over to the Marriott
SOme people were even on a food plan, that they chose to give up to have better selection elsewhere

Excellent Beach, Staff for the most part friendly. Our fridge did not cool, had to ask 3 times to have wash clothes, towels bath mats to be replaced. Ace was a manager at the pool bar treated his staff terribly and was rude to customers. Service in this area was not good stood at the bar for no less than 15 minutes to get service multiple times, literally had one bartender ask what I wanted, told him and he said we are out turned around and walked away waited another 5 minutes to be asked again what I wanted.
