"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were...

Every interaction felt personal and genuine. The breakfast staff also stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. Each morning started with a smile and delicious options, all served with care and attention to detail. We felt very looked after throughout our stay, as though we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
