"The good: Room was clean, bedding clean. Looks like it was updated recently, has new sink, new toilet, nice lighting with push button adjustment in bathroom. Had nice fridge that kept our food and drinks ice cold. And decent room size microwave. Air conditioner worked great! Shower head pressure was just ok but did the job. The view from hotel of mountains was beautiful, restaurant right next door. Quiet area, and lady at front desk was very nice and hospitable. Within mile or less or town. The bad: the bed was absolutely horrible, it was hard as a rock really. When u sit up on side of bed you feel the metal bar going around on inside of mattress. Very thin! No thickness at all! Your hips hurt, your back hurt, It was like laying on hard cot. Must be the cheapest mattresses ever! Very uncomfortable, could feel metal bars thru mattress. The pillows were FLAT! not good quality at all. We would not stay here again, just because of bed because the bed should be the most important thing in hotel room, in order to get some sleep. We barely slept and our bodies hurt when we got up. "

"Friendly, helpful staff at desk. Clean room. Only issue was that it's wasn't really sound proof. It wasn't loud but there was still noise from the interstate traffic. Also the cold water spigot for the Jacuzzi in our room was loose and not working quite right."

"This is a lovely historic home that included modern appointments that makes the home comfortable for today's guests. The kitchen is well-appointed and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool table, fireplace, and comfortable furniture. There were plenty of common spaces to spread out if needed. We appreciated the hostess bag with start up items. We would love to stay here again."

"The kitchen was perfect to have dinners with everyone! We BBQd, used the stove and oven. Had plenty of cooking utensils. The view was spectacular at any temperature and any time of day or night. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, inside and in the hot tub. When it got too warm, the air conditioning was awesome. Everything worked as described!"

"Ruby’s Ranch was perfect for us! The place is immaculate & had all of the amenities that we were looking for -- a fenced in yard, a beautiful 3 bedroom house and everything we would need for our 2 week stay as we were getting house in new York renovated! Every inch of this stay delivered on our needs. We were able to cook for our first week and then we were able to explore the town our second week. Lots of vineyards, antique shopping & breweries to fill our time while our pooch was happily relaxing in a beautiful farmhouse! We highly recommend Ruby’s Ranch! Mochi (our pooch) loved exploring the state parks by day & relaxing in a beautiful farmhouse by night!! A perfect vacation for both humans and their loyal pooch companions! "
