Spacious (400 m2 / 4300 sq ft) and comfortable house, surrounded by one hectare (10000 m2 / 108000 sq ft) of private land, with plenty of large native trees and located in a gated condominium (Herdade de Montalvo). This is a second house that we use ourselves for weekends and vacations. It is furnished to suit our needs, not for permanent rental. Private pool facing south and set in a quiet place, surrounded by cork and pine trees, provides privacy, in a quiet and restful environment in close contact with nature.
