This charming property is spread over two levels, offering comfort and luxury in a peaceful environment. On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall that leads to a large living-dining room with direct access to the porch. The kitchen is large and bright, equipped with a dining area, and also has access to the terrace and pool. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this level. On the upper floor, through a hallway, you will find four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private terrace with views. The exterior of the house features a large 6 x 12-meter pool, a porch furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
