Divi Golf Resort is a great place to stay in Aruba. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are relaxing, and it’s super easy to get to the beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms could use a little updating, but they’re still spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s a fun, easy spot with everything you need for a great vacation.

The staff was great. The oceanfront room was more of an ocean view. The shower & walls need scrubbed. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and smelled musty. They gave u 2 towels 2 wash clothes & no hand towels for 2 people. Room service staff was great, very prompt delivering food and picking up trays. The food was mediocre. Only 1 lunch option which was the pool buffet & it was not good. The restaurants only had 2 or 3 options to choose from. The worst part were the desserts anywhere on the resort. They were disgusting. Nothing was homemade. It was like desserts u get on a Chinese restaurant buffet. The snack bar in the lobby, had the same nasty desserts and stale pastries. The pool bar gave drinks. In 4oz child size cups. There was scum and debris floating in the elite club pool. No Palapas to be found. They were all picked over people placing towels to hold and then disappearing for the day. Paid for elite club & never got a Palapa in 5 days. The elite club status was absolutely not worth the extra cost. The only thing I gave you was access to a private dirty pool & 1 restaurant with three entrées to choose from. It did expedite the check-in process. Also, people were smoking on the beach and putting their cigarettes in the sand littering. Just staff did nothing. I don’t think I’d stay at a Riu again, definitely would not stay at the one in Aruba.

I went to this RIU with high expectations since I recently came back from the one in Bahamas. This fell way short. It’s really the customer service. The check in process was horrible. I came in early around 1 and they said it was too early come back at 3. That wasn’t a problem until I came back at 3 and it was a whole group of people. I waited on line for 45 min and there were only 3 people in front of me. And when I got to the front, the lady left so I’m there standing there waiting now for someone to come back and give me my room. Luckily the second person I was with went to another line and a non front desk person found that our keys were already ready and gave it to us. Also they are doing construction, I wasn’t aware of that before booking. Rooms are definitely in need of update. Screws/knobs falling out, AC barely worked. And the food was sub par, the breakfast was the best. Lastly, it was my birthday and i was looking planning to go to the steakhouse specialty restaurant. I go there and it’s closed for a wedding. No one informed us ahead of time, I’m sure this wedding was planned in advance. Some positives were the entertainment, beach, and bar service. They really made my experience. And they also sent me a slice of birthday cake for my birthday which was really nice.

El hotel super limpio, el servicio excelente. El Transporte siempre activo. La comida de primera. Lo unico que para las noches deberian tener una area de te reacciones.

We love the beach we did not like that we got a different room after we were done with all inclusive for our last night we got a better room that was five star why we got a four-star room when we were all inclusive we did not understand and the food at the buffet was not good other than that it was a great place
