"We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to Cennet for arranging a room upgrade for us from the very first day. We really appreciated it and it was such a lovely start to our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and well maintained. Overall, the service was great and everything was even better than we expected. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the food. The choices were a little limited, and the buffet was more or less the same every day. It would be nice to have a bit more variety and some changes from day to day. The children’s play area is also very nice and well designed. Most of the staff were lovely, although a few of them seemed a little tired or not very enthusiastic about their work. Apart from these small points, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to come back again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Amazing holiday at the Regnum. All the facilities are exceptional. The resort is huge. Always a sun lounger available on the beach or pool any time of the day. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Only thing the buffet didn't have a good selection of vegetarian hot food and the evening show is at 10pm which we found too late."
