Nothing special but it was clean and tidy. It was out dated but not run down looking. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Other guests were a bit noisy but nothing I couldn’t sleep through! Not a bad place to stay on a budget in a cute little town!

I stayed two nights and I didn’t get new towels for my second night or garbage taken out .
And both nights it was very noisy, all night long . Partying in a room over my room the second night and people was running up and down the stairs on the outside of the building and it was very loud , it sounded like pounding on metal.
The staff was very nice and friendly

No elevator, no AC.A fan is supplied but sometimes that's just not enough. These are things that should be mentioned on their site as I would have made a special request for 1st floor due to restrictions in lifting.
At check in the employee would stop to answer the phone and,rather than put them on hold, completed the phone transaction then returned to us. Apparently he was supposed to take payment at check-in...also not done. Discovered that by the surprised expression of the clerk at checkout. Room was a bit rundown but comfortable and clean
Service adéquat mais à 2 reprises, des personnes sont venus cogner à ma porte car on leur avait attribué la chambre. J'ai du tenir la poignée car il allait dévérouiller la porte et leur dit que la chambre était déjà occupée. J'ai eu des excuses par téléphone venant de la réception.

Correct
On est resté deux fois dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et assez confortables pour un court séjour. Pourtant, les chambres qui donnent vers l’arrière de l’hôtel sont très chaudes et il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. Sinon, l’hôtel est près de tous les services et places à ne pas manquer à Sept-Îles.

The room was a good size. I didn’t realize there was no a/c when I booked. Oops. So we had to leave the window open but there was noise outside when we were trying to sleep. The bathroom had ripped off baseboards and there were other dings in the room. There is no elevator and we had a lot of luggage to walk up to the third floor. There was a room service tray that was left in the hall from when we arrived to when we left the next day. The staff were nice. The hotel is old-school 70s which is kind of cool, but some things have been changed to be more contemporary, which has the effect of looking less cool and more shoddy. It was quite clean, but it smelled of stale cigarettes. I just found it overpriced for what it was.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were long hairs on the bathroom wall. The corner on the floor between the door and the wall wasn't cleaned. Overall a nice room but not very clean. There were two refrigerators in the room but they weren't plugged. There is a microwave on the floor, which is very practical. Not worth the price the hotel is charging

The hotel and Expedia went out of their way to help us modifying our itinerary, free of charge.
We stayed twice with a two-day gap. After the first stay, we accidentally left a charger in the room. When we got back, the charger was in the room waiting for us.

Our stay for one night was ok, but more outlet plugs are needed. There was a fan in the room, but no available outlet plug to get it working. Had to rob the clock plug in to get the fan working. Also had to rob the fridge plug in to charge our phones. Definitely need more plug-ins.The bathroom plug only works when the light is on. Couldn't keep the light on all night.
