Overall, a decent place to stay. The room was large and spacious, and we appreciated having three separate beds, which can be difficult to find. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the cleaning could have been better. The lighting was frustrating, as there weren't many options beyond the main overhead light. A bedside lamp would have been a nice addition. The kitchenette with dishes was a great feature, and having laundry facilities on our floor was very convenient. Check-in was fine, although the staff weren't particularly welcoming and rarely acknowledged us. The location wasn't bad. We found it quite expensive for what we got, although we were staying over a holiday when prices were significantly inflated. Nothing fancy, but it served our needs.

Great location close to dongdaemun. CU convenience store besides hotel very handy. Fresh towels each day and regular cleaning by a lovely person. Reception helped out with some advice as well. Room layout has two single beds quite close together so be ready for that. Great stay!

Everything is good (convenient, reasonable price, friendly staffs etc.) The only thing that not good to people who can't stand the heat is that there is no air-con inside the corridor and elevator lobby of the hotel room.. I sweated a lot when I had waited the elevator for over 1 min...lol but still worthy of staying here

The place offers great value for the price and made our 3-night stay fantastic. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and bus to Incheon airport. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is close to the multiple interesting spots in Seoul and also close to bus and subway stations I could go many different places easily. The staffs were very kind and supportive. Thus, I could enjoy my trip.

It was great! The front staff were very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is next to the street, but it was very quiet to sleep. Overall, it was ver pleasant to stay. I’ll stay there again.

Home away from home

Great location to go anywhere in Seoul including the airports. Countless restaurants, shopping opportunities and historic places are within walking distance. Light cooking is possible with an induction stove, fridge, microwave oven, dishes and utensil for two. Nearby traditional market is a great source of ingredients.

Comfortable & Convenient Hotel

We have stayed in Western Coop for several times during our visit to Seoul. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The most attractive to us is its self-serve laundry facilities which are very important during our 9 days tour in Seoul. Location is very convenient as we liked to walk around markets and shopping malls in Dongdaemun. We will continue to choose Western Coop in Seoul.

Location is convenient, close to the metro station and the DDP. An airport shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel for transfers. However, the service lacks the welcoming, homely feel often found in other hotels or guesthouses. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water are only provided on the first day of your stay. Room cleaning is not done daily, staff only collect trash and replace towels. Unless you are a member, early check-in or late check-out incurs an additional fee.

I stayed for three days and two nights. The front staffs are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is clean and spacious. There is a working desk in the room. Thus, I could easily check e-mails and take care of some urgent works. Washing machines and dryers are easy to use. Overall, it is a good place for family.

So so

First night, was given a defective room so the room was extremely cold. The hotel changed us to another room. Although the boiler was working and the room was warm, but the fridge and hair dryer were not working. They rectified the defects the next day. Overall, the room is big but the conditions of the room are poor, not very clean, and towels are dirty. The hotel is within walking distance to metro, shopping area, and there is a convenience store next to it.
