Very helpful staff and awesome room. Wifi if possible if it available in English. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel could be improve to make it more prominent as it has excellent facilities. More greenery can be placed at the exterior stairway exit area. Also the fact that the rooms do not have a closet for clothes was inconvenient. Dock var det ganska svårt att kommunicera med personalen på hotellet då nästan ingen kan engelska, men det gäller generellt i Seoul så man kanske inte kan förvänta sig så mycket. Det som också är märkbart är att den stora frukosten som ingår består av ett rostbröd och sylt. Så för den hungrige måste extra kostnader läggas till för frukost.
