Proper housekeeping is not provided and was informed that they will only do full housekeeping on 2 days out of our 9 nights stay. They will only change the towels and clear the trash bins which is weird and unhygienic. There was also zero hooks around the toilets and basins area, we have nowhere to hang our clothes during shower which makes zero sense. The drainage in the shower room is bad, one of them overflow on one night and the other on another night. We have to get the staff to unclogged it for us which the staff attended to immediately. Knowing that the drainage is bad, yet they do not want to enforce proper housekeeping, which we found hairs not removed from the drain when on their supposed “housekeeping day” The location of the apartment is also far from everything else. At least a 50mins subway ride to popular places like apgujeong, hongdae, namdaemun, seoul station etc. The only place nearby is Gangnam. Staff said it was maybe due to the AC unit or from humidity from people wetting the carpet from the in-room onsen. We asked to be moved to another room but they said it was not possible because they were booked. Also, the TV remote didn’t work for the TV. Staff came to the room and told us that you have to stand up and point the remote 8 inches away from the TV for it to work. The room itself was amazing — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. However, considering the price paid and the fact that we were staying on the 7th floor, several operational issues significantly affected our experience. Throughout our stay, the lift broke down multiple times, and construction was still ongoing, which was inconvenient. One major issue was the confusing and inconsistent communication regarding the laundry service. We were clearly informed that the laundry drop-off cut-off time was 12am, but when we went down at 11pm+, our laundry was rejected. This resulted in us having to carry our laundry back up via the stairs late at night, which was extremely tiring and frustrating. On our check-out day, there was no staff at the reception at all. We had no choice but to leave our key cards unattended on the table, with no one around to assist or acknowledge our check-out. I would also like to caution guests who plan to use the laundry service — our clothes were mixed with other guests’ laundry, and several Heattech items went missing. This caused significant inconvenience during winter, and we had to repurchase essential clothing during our stay. Parkplätze sind wenig, dennoch vorhanden. Aber es wird vorher informiert, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Ein paar Information wie Wlan Passwort ist auf Infoblatt im Zimmer falsch.
