There should be a sign outside of the building telling visitors the name. Second, the twin room was filthy. Hairs all on the floor and beds and the room seems to be falling apart. The management was so helpful! We had a late check in, so the manager helped us check in over the phone. I also left my cell phone, and they kept it safe until I could return for it, even after checkout. I highly recommend this hostile for the kind staff and location. Staff are doing the best they can and I appreciate that, but the room condition and the bathrooms really need more work. Lounge was fine, heat was good, but the room I stayed in was quite in bad conditions, and the bathrooms had showers that are not handy to use at all. Getting there from the Incheon airport is easy. It has WiFi and free water. The personal speak English and are nice. But these are the only good things they have. It's rather unclean, with no intimacy at all in the shared rooms. If you're bagpacking, staying for a night or two, go for it.
