  • This apartment is on the ground floor, spacious, and everything is private. It is a 3-minute walk from Dongguk University Seoul, therefore, many cafes, restaurants, hospitals, stores, and pharmacies. It is a 4 minute walk from nearest subway station (chungmuro station exit 3). It is attached to the tourist attraction-Namsangol Hanok village. It is also a 15-minute walk from Myeong-dong Street and DDP. The Namsan Tower is a 15-minute in the bus. We can accommodate luggage for the guests before their check-in and after their check-out for one day for free. We can provide anything a guest needs. Free coffee and Netflix are available. Free clothes drying facility for guests staying for 10 or more nights. We can provide disposable bedding sets for sensitive people . The guests can ask anything about the property and location, we will respond within 10 minutes. If the guests can inform us about their expected arrival time to this accommodation, we can assist them during their check in.

The property was filthy when we arrived. There were candy wrappers in the sheets, indicating that they were not washed between guests. The sink had moldy food waste inside and the stove was literally black with oil residue. There was sand in the fridge. Even worse, we experienced an issue with an insect infestation that ultimately required a doctor’s visit and prescription treatment. The host was not receptive to communication about the insect issue.
