Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained. The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! (And a poster promising you a gift if you gave a good review online!). The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station. ##### Annie C Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Akemi 18 May 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities I arrived at Incheon Airport at 10:00 p.m., so I checked into the hotel around 11:30 p.m. I was relieved to find a staff member there. I requested the lower bunk of the bed, but it was not available, so I had to climb up for 4 days with a lot of danger. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I was satisfied with the low price. I felt sorry for myself in my bed situation. It was hard for me to climb up and down just to get up to pee at night. Space is so cramped. I stay in there only 2 days lost all that money, I had to moved to a better hotel. I will never again used your services, and before putting an add for a place check it out to be sure, that is real, the rooms to small in top, no room service or phone. For less that I paid in that hotel, I am staying in a better hotel.
