When I used the bathroom or kitchen there were rarely people, so it was really relaxed. Richard is also very friendly and always ready to help! There are lots of food/cafe establishments just a short walk away, and the nearby stations make it very easy to get around. We rented a private room with a private bathroom which was nice, clean and quiet though not very big. They also have a common kitchen for cooking and eating, provided with free water and tea which is a credit. Their rooftop is spacious and good for reading and chatting.
