The shower area is choke and water flow is very, very slow. The toilet bowl is choke, and water overflows. It is a very bad experience staying in this hotel for our first trip to Seoul. We asked for a change of room in the 2nd night. It is a very, very terrible experience I have with a hotel, which is supposed to be of a certain standard. It is very disappointing with this hotel. I thought this should be a good hotel under Wyndham group? I have lost confidence and will not stay in this hotel anymore. Even my 12yo boy finds it to be a terrible hotel. Our whole family of 4 are very disappointed with this hotel. We will not stay again in this hotel.
