Full of dust on A/C and molds on the wall, stinky room with bathroom door that won't even close. We called the management for a full refund and he was very responsive and tried to fulfill our needs. I arrived in the morning and had to call using the number at the front desk and the guy who answered told me to leave my luggage at the lobby and be back by 3 pm. I could not even ask for early check-in. Throughout my 6-day stay, there was no human interaction at all. Even when asking, they are not always receptive or available.
