Actually they provide self system. It means self check in and self check out. But there is a key with my name. And there are messages such as kakao, line, whats app, email, phone number. I can contact to hotel easily. Take a towel easily, Also when i want to room cleaning, they provide it. I think it's so nice communications and comfortable.
