They do provide good instructions but be prepared to go down an unpromising looking back yard. Room is very small but this was OK by us. Bathroom has shower head basically over the loo and basin and the plumbing looks a bit DIY (they've gone wild on the silicone sealant) but it does work, it's just not luxurious. There are some nice touches though - mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle in room. Staff speak excellent English and are helpful.
