They don’t accept early check-in at all. If you arrive early, you need to wait until 3pm to check in. The room is so tiny that I couldn’t fully open my suitcase. But the location is good, so with this rate, you get what you paid for.

Super convenient location just beside the Meoyongdong train( light blue line 4) Exit 6, right at the busy meoyongdong shopping street, lots of shops and restaurants . Room is clean and hotel provide free lockers for luggages which is the plus point. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again

Great location for shopping, Subway, and airport limousine. Room was warm but they brought a fan asap. Room is a bit outdated but clean. We had the site which was a great size! Cleaning crew was friendly and accommodating. They provided an outlet adaptor which was helpful.

Location was really good. Most of the staff could NOT communicate well in English. We booked with Breakfast and when we had to leave early to join a tour, they were unable to provide us with even a small pack & go (even a few fruits or just a sandwich) breakfast which was very dissapointing. They had a kettle and tea/coffee satches, but didn't have a tea spoon or something to stir our tea/coffee.

There central air controlled by the building is set at 27 to 28 Celsius when outside temp was over 30 Celsius. Slept in sweat They only have cheap shampoo, cheap body wash and a small piece of soap. But housekeeping is nice. Just hope they have less dust!!

It was a noisy, for two nights, there some drilling in the street after 12 midnight and lasted for like 3 hrs They don’t turn the AC on at this time But there was an electric fan available upon request. No outlets on the wall so if you have a CPAP machine, make sure to bring a long extension cord The location is great! It’s right on the myeongdong street

The location is excellent which is just beside subway station and night market. As of the hotel itself, the air conditioner is not cold and require air con fan. The most fustrating part is the elevator on both side. Have to wait so long for the elevator to go up and down and is always super crowded. Luckily i still at 5th floor so still can access by staircase. The only improvement needed is the elevator.

The room where clean and had a great location ... only that. the temperature on the room was kept at 28-30C the whole day. it was so hot to be on the room to sleep or rest, but ofcourse the lobby where the employees where at was kept nice and cool. however there was no sitting area to be able to sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool air. if you tried to sit on the restaurant empty chairs they would kick you out saying in private property.... but i guess the hotel doesn't own the restaurant that is didn't next to the check in counter. won't comment to stay here at all if you are planning to go during late spring or summer time.

The hotel’s location is in myeondong and near the station and airport limousine bus. The room is clean but the you have no control over their air conditioning. They control it and their setting is too high and it’s hot in the room . Their bed is is placed on top of the wooden frame with no padding. It hurts when you hit the corner of the wooden frame. The hotel should put a padding on those wooden frame corner. That one usb is not working to charge the phone. They gave me a plug but i ended buying an adapter. Their fridge inside the cabinet is not a good idea. When you open the cabinet , it’s hot and inside the fridge , the water bottle is not cold enough. The cleaning staff are great. The check in counter staff are not that great. Please respond to our messages prior to check in. Thanks

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel, booked the great location for shopping and food till midnight and beyond, in this area. Expect a very basic breakfast spread provided, prefer Isxxc toast just a few steps away. The hotel does not have Concierge or luggage storage service, only by paid luggage locker boxes in the 3rd floor lobby. Once you open the door into the room, you maybe hit by strange offensive odour. The aircon is inadequate, room stuffy and the front desk will send up portable fans, only if you ask for it. Lift congestions are serious and expected during peak hours, plan ahead for lift delays, especially when you have big luggages, you may need to miss a few lifts as you can’t get in during check-in or check-out times. Some people will take lifts up, before coming down, else it’s sardine-packed on the way down. Room cleaning staff are very polite with positive attitudes, drinking water bottles in the fridge replenished daily. Happy to tip them for their good service! Would I book this hotel again? Guess I prefer to pay a little more for less congestion and better room air quality, why suffer during a holiday?

We had a generally good stay with a few notable pros and cons. The biggest highlight is the location. It’s excellent, with the night markets right on the doorstep and close to the train station, as well as within walking distance to many attractions, which made getting around Seoul very easy. I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, it was below average and not worth the price. After the first couple of days, we chose to eat elsewhere. There’s an amazing food truck right downstairs that sells Korean breakfast sandwiches, which were cheap, fresh, and far better than the hotel offering. In comparison, the hotel food felt disappointing. The bread was stale, the juices tasted like cordial, and the eggs had a strong, unpleasant smell. One major downside was the noise on our last night. At around 1am, roadworks began right outside with extremely loud jackhammering. It went on for hours and kept us awake. When I went down to reception, several other guests were already complaining, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. I understand this was outside of the hotel’s control, but it did significantly impact our stay. I would recommend checking with the hotel in advance about any nearby construction. The hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing our room daily. The rooms were also a good size, which we really appreciated. One minor inconvenience was the elevators. There are four, but they felt quite slow and often crowded given the numb
