Many signs mentioned coffee in the breakfast, but there was none. Luckily, another traveler had their own supply, and kindly shared it. Staff were hard to find without a phone call, which is not an option for all travelers. ##### Philip Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### mariko 7 May 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities スタッフの方の対応が残念に感じました。 ##### mariko Stayed 2 nights in May 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### koji 2 Jan 2024 ##### koji Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### YOUNG SHIN 2 Oct 2023 ##### YOUNG SHIN Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### NOBUAKI 9 Sept 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 部屋に窓がなく布団が湿っていた。 掃除希望の札を出したが、してもらえず３日間そのままだった。 エアコンのリモコンは壊れており、部屋の写真は実際とかなりの差があった。 ##### NOBUAKI Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Masaru 14 Aug 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 他の方の口コミとおり、チェックイン時には、レセプションに誰もスタッフはおらず、名前と部屋番号の書かれたメモ、キーが置いてあり、セルフチェックインとなります。 韓国人は、曖昧な説明でも対応できるのかも知れませんが、各国の方々は、事細かなインストラクション(例えば、タオル交換、部屋清掃が必要な場合は、ドアノブに、デスク引出し内の掲示札を使って、ドア外に意思表示するなど)がないとわからないです。 建物は古く綺麗とは言えないですが、タオル、ベッドは清潔。 残念なことに、部屋の洗面の配管が繋がっておらず、洗面からの水が床にダダ漏れだったのは問題と思います。 あと、浴室の電灯が切れたことをスタッフに伝えたが、「確認します」と言った後に、結局対応してくれませんでした。 地下の食堂には、朝、食パンとカップ麺が置いてあり、セルフサービスとなってたのはありがたかった。 また、地下には洗濯機があるが、フロントに記載の問い合わせ電話番号(オーナー？)にかけて確認した際には、洗濯機使用不可と強く言われましたが、ゲストハウススタッフに聞くと自由に使って良いとのこと。 最後に、宿泊レビューにゲストハウスについて良いことを書いてくれると約束した人には、無料で焼酎プレゼントとの記載があり、不適切だと思いました。 ##### Masaru Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### ?? 8 Aug 2023 Liked: Cleanliness チェックイン前、荷物を預かってくれます。明洞まで徒歩圏内で立地が良いです。明洞駅から徒歩で普通に向かうと、坂がかなりキツいので、まずは南山公園と南山駐車場を目指して、エスカレーターを見つけてください。それを利用すれば、楽にホテルまで移動できます。スタッフさんは英語は通じます。日本語は通じません。また、基本的には留守です。ルームメイクの時間帯は、いらっしゃるようです。部屋は清潔感ありましたが掃除を依頼するタグが部屋によっては無い為、連泊の場合はメモ帳など持っていって貼っておくと良いと思いました。 ##### ??
