I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived. Some reviews said Exit 5 but actually the elevator is between Exit 5 and 4 so you might miss it like I did. Also it's on Line 1 so it can get very busy. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Overall I recommend the place, especially for solo travellers. I felt safe in the hotel and in the area. Also very good for the price I paid. If you carry 15kg of medium size luggage, take Exit 6 of Sinseol-dong station. Don't take Exit 10 because you will be carrying the heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There is 1 supermarket nearby that sell reasonable price groceries, fruit and drinks. Few coffee shops within walking distance from the hotel. House keeping need to be requested at the reception as per the website stated.
