They really took care of us and made us feel welcome, the location was very convenient and located near a delicious bakery and convenient store. The hotel was great! My only complaint was the beds were to firm for me comfort wise. Otherwise the shower was good-great water pressure. The complentary breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean, hallways clean and quiet. Hotel wifi could have been a bit better but I got service either by the concierge desk or their cafetera. Hotel owner was very sweet and helped us make our late night ramen and gave us some tips to cut our Dalgona cookies (really kind!). The space was everything we needed and we had a view of N tower from our room. Power and A/C are operated by room key so dont operate when you’ve left for the day. Overall, we would stay again and were sad to leave. ##### Julia Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Wai Bee 7 Apr 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities 1.We have two rooms, both bathrooms have the same type of sliding bathroom door that kept slides open by itself. Staff said just stuck a towel to prevent it from opening. Bathroom door is not lockable. 2. Light in the bathroom is on timer. It auto shut off the lights and ventilation after like 30mins. It was a rude shock to get a blackout bathroom halfway through your bath. 3. Room door is open outwards type and cannot be secure from inside. (No additional latch). On the first day morning housekeeping staff just opened my door while I am still in the bathroom. And again someone tapped their key trying to open my room the next early morning. Felt so insecure as you can’t secure your room door properly when you’re in the room. 4. No staff around in the hotel. Everything is through machine for check in and check out. (Although you only see one of the staff once during check in). Calls went unanswered. We have to go to the reception area to get help for a clog toilet bowl. 5. About 30mins before check out time, got a reminder call to check out, followed by a staff/bouncer standing outside your room door to escort and made sure you leave the premises in time and hand over your rooms in time! ##### Wai Bee Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### M 27 Sept 2025 Liked: Staff & service, amenities 室内は綺麗で、連泊でアメニティも補充していただけます。日本語が話せる男性スタッフの方がチェックイン機械の操作、朝食会場、併設の24時間カフェについて丁寧に教えてくださいました。 気になった点としては、シーツの洗剤？漂白剤の匂いでしょうか。それが結構強く、部屋に充満してました。 窓全開+エアコンで空気循環させましたが、気にならなくなるまで時間がかかりました。 良かった点としては、個人的には屋上がものすごく好みで、ブランコ型のイスに座って飲み物を飲みながら、明洞の夜景を眺めるのは最高でした。 カフェもかなり雰囲気がよくて、本当にこの価格でこんなに贅沢していいの？とトータルでかなり満足です。ありがとうございました。 ##### M Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### sophie 23 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Directement dans myeongdong.
