Great place with three rooms and a living room for the price and location! Free parking was essential! The security code we couldn’t figure out but the response to the call button was prompt and let us in immediately! Would stay here again!

No message, information to check in when first arrived. Must wait till 5pm. No light at the check in area. Cleaning is very minimal. Receptionists were rude ,shouting on phone , and speaking poorly English. Never received information how to check in. Didn't see any staff if needed help. Bed sheets had hair on from previous guest. Won't come back for sure.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Communication with the hotel was poor, and check-in was not until 5:00 PM with no place to leave our luggage beforehand. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and despite being three adults, we were only given two towels. It was also difficult to get an extra towel. Overall, the experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

객실은 리모델링해서 깨끗하게 보였고, 작지만 주차장이 있는건 좋았습니다. 주변 카페나 빵, 편의점 등도 있는 것 좋았구요. 그런데 무인으로 운영하는데 동이 두개 있는데 어느 동인지도 안내가 없고, 예약 당일 체크인 시간이 지났는데도 조회해보면 예약이 없다고해서 문의하니 그때서야 어디다 예약했는지 물어보고 그때야 입력하고 있고, 2박 예약했는데 하루 지나서 다음날 아침에 보니 1박으로 돼있어서 다시 이야기 해서 고치고, 입실하는날 문 앞에 두덩이의 침구, 수건 더미가 놓여서 문을 막고있고, 들어가니 화장실 한쪽은 냄새가 심하고, 샴푸도 없고, 둘째날 나갔다 들어오니 청소가 안돼 있어서 이야기 했더니 관리자 한테 전화하라하고, 전화하니 청소해 달라고 이야기 하지 않았느냐고 하고, 청소가 필요한 경우에 요청해야 하는 시스템이면 문 앞이든 체크인 할때든 안내를 해줘야 하는데 안내도 안해주고, 쓰레기통도 작은것 하나여서 쓰레기가 넘치는데 그냥 썼고, 수건도 없어서 어메니티 있는곳에 가봤더니 채워져 있는것이 하나도 없어서 또 관리자한테 전화하라하거 전화했더니 한숨 푹쉬고, 알아보고 전화준다더니 30분간 전화안줘서 다시 전화하고, 담당자가 없다고 다른 동에 가서 찾아보라고 해서 겨우해결했네요. 거기도 몇개없어서 그이후엔 수건이 없었을 겁니다. 먼지도 많고, 바닥도 중간중간 들뜨고, 샤워기는 연결부에서 물이 나오고, 물은 안내려가고 청체적 난국이었네요. 이런곳이 어떻게 장사하는지 모르겠네요.

청소 상태 좋고 주차가 아주 좋아요. 직원이 상주 하지는 않아요. 하지만 불편하지 않아요. 불편한 점은 화장실 하수구가 물이 잘 빠지지 않는 점과 변기 수압이 많이 약해서 불편합니다.
