Other guest reviews are correct. Place need to upkeep on maintenance. We book 2 rooms, 2 adults on level 3and 3 adults on level 1. Rooms are small, you need to store luggages under the bed to move around. Both toilets in each room would block and eequired maintenance. Bed were very firm and hard to sleep on. Room got very hot and stuff, even when using the air-conditioning. The location where great. We easaly walked to Seoul tower from the hotel and exproled nearby shopping and cat cafés, and it was easy get an uber nearby. Only negative thing was that when we got the room we found food leftovers containers from guests previously staying in the room, but no big deal for us. Room was tiny but can’t complain because of the price. The staff was friendly and nice and helped me find places etc. Only the cleanliness that disappointed me. There’s mold on window panes and the room was musty. There were boxes and bags all over. The design of the place is kind of cool and fancy; if it was kept clean, I think it’d make a cozy place. There were tea bags and instant coffee for free in the kitchen.
