Cold room, dusty air conditioner, small blankets, not a piece of soap in the bathroom, no tissues, no wi-fi, no staff, no elevator and steep steps, no breakfast (disgustingly looking toast bread and old jam can not be counted as a breakfast), dirty kitchen, smelly fridge, no soundproof!

衛生管理が悪すぎたように思う。 部屋出た瞬間に匂いも汚くて水回りもトイレも汚くてとてもお風呂に入れなかった。

ソウル駅から近いし、南大門もちかいです。 道路がタバコなどで汚いですが、治安が悪いとかはないと思います。 お風呂はシャワーのみです。 wifiは快適に使えます。

The room is very small. We were put in 5th floor and the property has no elevator so we had to take our suitcase by stair. For the 5 days that we stayed, no on picked up garage. Only two very small towels were provided. The place provides really the minimum. It is only for people with very tight budget and don't mind all these issues.

관리 상태가 허접해요

조금 별로였어요. 하루 정도만 묵는 식이라면 상관없지만 2박 이상 묵을 생각이시라면 불편할 것 같아요..... 일단 서울역 근처라 교통이 편리하고 인원당 수건을 하나씩 주는 장점은 있습니다. 그런데 단점이 많았어요.... 엘리베이터가 없어요. 거기다가 계단이 정상적으로 한 계단 당 높이가 적당하면 모르겠는데 엄청 높아서 숙소에 올라갈때마다 등반하는 느낌이 들었어요. 캐리어를 들고 온다면 정말 비추입니다. 숙소 로비에 캐리어랑 무거운 짐들이 쌓여있었는데 그게 아마 들고 올라가는걸 포기한 사람들의 짐이라고 추측되더군요... 그리고 숙소 내부의 문제는 아니지만 숙소 위치가 식당가 골목길 내부에 있고, 근처에 길빵하시는 분들 엄청 많아서 담배냄새가 많이 날 수 있어요!... 관리가 덜 되어있는것도 단점이에요. 게스트하우스 1층 공간에 공용 냉장고가 두 개 정도 있어서 먹을거리 보관에는 좋을 것 같았지만 둘 다 내부에 유통기한 지나고도 안 들고간 상한 음식이나 문드러진 야채(??) 같은게 쌓여있어서 넣을 자리도 거의 없고 비위생적이라고 느껴졌어요.. 숙소 내부도 굉장히 비좁고, 교체해야할 물품이 많습니다. 여기에 벌레가 없다는게 신기할 정도였어요. 특이사항으로는 숙소에 TV 모니터가 있지만 굉~~장히 저화질이라 그냥 폰으로 보는게 나은 수준이고, 또 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 잘 안나와요. 차가운 물에서 한 2분 넘게 기다려야 뜨거운 물이 나오더라구요. 극한체험입니까??... 소음문제도 엄청 심했어요. 이건 벽이 얇아서 어쩔 수 없다고 생각하지만 저희 숙소 바로 옆에 운이 나쁘게도 미성년자 4명이 들어와서 술먹고 깽판치고 하던데 대화 소리며 욕설하는 소리까지 다 들렸어요. 오후 5시에 관리자분들이 제제를 한번 했지만 새벽에 관리자가 없을때 다시 술판 벌이는 것 보니 기가 차더라구요. 이거를 소음문제라고 해야할지 숙박자 인성의 문제일지 구분을 못하겠는데..정말 불쾌한 경험이었어요...

写真で見たのと実際の施設が違う タオルが毎日交換できない、また2日目に交代をお願いしたら フロントが空いておらず今は交換できないと言われ 帰りも遅くなりフロントが空いていないため フロントに置いておいてほしいと伝えた 分かりましたと返事をもらったが 帰ってくるとタオルはなかった 翌日、フロントが空いているときに タオルが欲しいと言うとくれた でも、使ったのと交換と言われ 昨日フロントに置いたからないと言うと 少し呆れ笑いな表情で ここに置いても私達が新しいのを部屋に準備するわけではないですよ、と言われた そんなこと知ってるし そもそも昨日の朝のやり取りは何だった⁇ 分かりましたって返事したくせに フロントに置かれてないし そのことについて謝罪もなければ 朝のやり取りすら覚えてない感じ 5泊で予約してるのにトイレットペーパーも ほぼ無い状態の1つだけ ティッシュもないし 今まで同じような値段の所に何回か泊まったことあるけど 初めてイライラしたし サービスが悪くてビックリしました （タオルは無いとお風呂入れないから 買いました、喋りたくなかったので トイレットペーパーも買いました）

かけぶとんがなく、隙間風もすごく、風邪をひいてしまいました。フロントも人がいないので、布団なしですごしました。石鹸も何年も前からの干からびた石鹸。暖房なし、テレビもつかない、2泊なのに、ちいさいタオル2つだけ。たてものもぼろぼろで、エレベーターなし。あまりに酷いので、ある意味ネタになりました。

スタッフが凄い優しくてよかったです！！ シャンプーとリンスがないので自分で持っていかないといけないのが難点でした、、 あとタオルは2日に1回しか変えられないので毎日違うタオルが良ければ持っていくべきです！！

一泊するときなどは時々利用させてもらってます。値段相応な施設だから割り切れば特に不満はありません。日本人利用者が多いのかこのゲストハウスを利用する際、いつもフロントスタッフは日本語堪能な方がいます。今回は感じの良い日本語ネイティブなお姉さんでした。 今回利用した部屋は5階でエレベーターもなく上り下りが多少キツかったです。 アメニティは以前はシャンプーインリンスとボディシャンプーがありましたが、今回はシャンプーインリンスと固形石鹸になってました。タオルは以前は部屋に二枚ぐらい用意されてましたが、今回はフロントで必要な分だけ受け取る形でした。ある程度は自身で用意するのが良いかと思います。 前回利用した時はチェックイン時間を過ぎ遅い時間（深夜0時ぐらい）でフロントスタッフはいませんでしたが、フロントカウンターに自分が宿泊する部屋の鍵と部屋番号の案内メモが書き記してあり問題なく泊まれて助かりました。

それなりです

17時少し前にチェックインしたのですが、フロントには誰もいませんでした。口コミにもあった通り、フロントにメモ付きでカギが置いてありましたけど、なぜかタオルがなかったです。カギと共にタオルが置いてある人もいましたので、その差は何だったのでしょうか？ 荷物を置いて出かけたかったのに、しばらく待っても誰も来ず、所要でフロントにいた日本人女性がタオルがない旨伝えてくれると仰っていただき事なきを得ました。彼女もなかったようです。 良く朝8時頃にチェックアウトしたのですが、その時もフロントは無人でした。結局お宿の人とは出会えず・・・ 私が泊まったのは専用バスルーム付きの部屋で、施設が古いのは仕方がないけど、室内もバスルームもキレイに清掃されていました。口コミにあった不清潔さは共用バスルームのことでしょうか？それは使う人のモラルの問題とも思われます。 ただフロントの人と出会えなかったのは残念でした。空港鉄道からゲストハウス側に出る地下通路の入り口が分からず地下鉄構内をウロウロしたので、帰りは真っ直ぐに行きたくて教えてほしかったです。ぜひ詳しい道順を予約サイトにアップしてほしいです。 真っ直ぐいければ駅からも近くて便利だと思うので、また利用したいです。

Not so good experience

Ever since the beginning it was hard to contact the property to advise I would be arriving late, they didn’t reply to my emails or answered calls, hotels.com assisted me with reaching out (after some attempts, they weren’t answering either). During the stay, the heater wasn’t working, the room was super cold, I was freezing, they told me they could’t do anything, and lastly the boiler stoped working too, so I couldnt take a shower with freezing water either...location is indeed great, right next to the station, but located in a dark alley
