Room is small but it is the same everywhere with this decent price. Staff are friendly. Water filtered available in kitchen. Adaptor are available to borrow with 10,000 deposit. Elevator available too but need to take few step of staircase and it is not quite convenient for those with heavy luggage & stroller. The location is excellent and is within walking distance to all major attractions, metro line 1 is also within 100 footsteps. There are a lot of restaurants below the guesthouse (2 streets of restaurants) so there plenty of choices. Mr Han the owner is very friendly and helpful. My son and wife find him very funny too. Three of us traveled to Seoul and Mr Han kindly assist me with the direction and make suggestion of where to go. The room is compact yet it is comfortable with toilet/shower, wifi and tv.
