I was surprised that I never saw any staff, but we already had our door code so there was no problem whatsoever. Because our room got changed into another building due to maintenance/remodeling issues, they were kind enough to tell us beforehand and even gave us a bigger room with more beds and a kitchen. The guesthouse is located in an alley, so the surroundings gave me a sketchy vibe at first because we arrived at night. It’s a very small room but meets the expectation for the price. I would prefer more outlets. There is only one outlet and in a severely inconvenient location. No outlets in bathroom or near a mirror to do your hair. We had to plug our phones in and leave them on the floor at the foot of the bed, because the outlet was under the bed at the foot of the bed. There is no counter space in the bathroom either to be able to put personal grooming items or makeup. Laundry was available but quite small and the cost was 20000krw/14.50 usd for one load. The window also had a blind that didn’t keep the light out so it was hard to sleep in, in the morning due to the bright sunlight. Je les remercie pour ça car sinon mon séjour aurait été un désastre.. le logement est proche de tout et de plusieurs stations. Il est bien pour des personnes qui visites Séoul et qui rentre seulement pour dormir. I think with some renovations this place would be excellent!
