Very close to Myeondong station and you get to walk through the main streets on the way. Plenty of shops close by, plenty of restaurants and cafes too. I stayed as a solo visitor and had everything I needed. Room was always cleaned, even if some days I overlsept and removed the do not disturb later in the day. 2 bottles of water were also given each day.
