I called in a few days ahead of my check-in date, to make an appointment for the spa treatments. I was told I could schedule the spa treatments at the front desk, once I checked in. I get to the hotel and was told the spa service was no longer available, due to the spa moving to another area. I was upset that I wasn't informed of this when I called to schedule the treatments. Also, I paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast buffet was advertised as an American breakfast buffet. However, the only thing "American" about it were the scrambled eggs, frosted flakes and fruit loops! I felt bamboozled into booking this hotel, as it was not what had been advertised. The shower and the sink was kind of the same, it was super impractical. There was no place for me to do my work, so the office was rigged in my bed.
