Very easy to check in and out. Towels and trashcans were changed daily. The only downside were that the room was a bit small and had no window or closet space. Not ideal for a family with many luggages. This should be a hostel not a hotel. Conditions of the room terrible. Do not need to worry that you are not able to communicate they speak really well English. Hotel is located at foods Street. So if you are hungry.… no problem. City hall station is only 5 min walks away so really convenient. And most important there is no carpets layout on the floor so room smell fresh and clean. The is also a small pantry that you can make a cup of coffee and microwave that you can heat up foods.
