I've made a few special requests and they've readily helped me with them. The room was a little small but still pretty cosy and there's sufficient place for me to place all my stuffs. The breakfast they hang on your room door everyday is a delight because I needed to get up early on some days. The location was great and easily accessible. One of the downsides is we don't get 24/7 access to the microwave. The room feels slightly unclean but that didn't interfere with my stay.
