Location is great, right in the middle of the shopping and food districts. No worries about the noise, because the immediate vicinity is quiet at night and the rooms are pretty soundproof against noises from the streets. Host was very gracious and friendly, I had a small incident my first night and he stepped in promptly to help. Never saw the staff, but received instructions via email that made check-in/check- out easy.
