One of the staff spoke some English and helped still the remote. It was a daily battle. The amenities in the room are insufficient, and you have to ask for them to be provided. Additionally, staying on the lower floors can be quite noisy due to street sounds. We got showed 3 different rooms by the very helpful and lovely guy in the reception, but none of them were clean. There were dirty spots on the sheets, the furniture, and the mirrors still had hand prints on them. The guy in the reception was super helpful and gave us some refund, because we did not want to stay there.
