Hotel is located just outside 2 metro line and 10 mins walk away from Myeongdong shopping street. Good for traveller who prefer to stay just outside the shopping area. Room is spacious enough for 2 persons and cleanliness is at good standard.

Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent location, within walking distance to a lot of popular sites and the subway is at the front door. The room was basic for the price. The hotel overall was fine but in need of a refresh. The room lacked hot water in the shower, an iron and ironing board, which I would have expected for this class of hotel and daily rate. The shared amenities were in need of upgrading and lounge rugs could use a deep clean.

Location is good, right outside the station. However, not much stuff nearby and will need to walk further to Myeongdong area for more food and shops etc or to take the train elsewhere. Was a birthday trip and asked hotel beforehand if any arrangement can be made considering it’s a branded hotel. However, was disappointed that nothing can be done, not even any simple greeting. Staff was also not very friendly and approachable at the reception.

That was our second time to choose here.The location, cleaning and all staff are really nice.Metro station is in fromt of the door you walk 30 seconds.And the hotel has starbucks so you can take your coffee easily:)

Great location and very friendly, supportive staff. The only drawback is that the elevators can take quite a long time to arrive and usually stop on too many floors, so you need to factor in 5-10 minutes just to take the elevator down when on your way out.

Stayed for 7 nights and we loved it. Super convenient (literally there's Euljiro-3ga station in front when you exit the hotel), and the travel to and from Incheon international airport was a breeze as the limousine bus stops near the hotel (take bus 6015). Room was not big but enough for you to relax. It was clean and quiet so we had a good sleep.

I originally booked another hotel in the area, which I needed to leave after one night due to poor quality, and I came to Four Points instead. I'm glad I did. The location is excellent. The property itself was clean and modern, and the room was spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if/when I am back in Seoul.
