The staff on the front desk was super helpful and they handed over the keys to me really easy. Check out was also easy. There was no breakfast because of covid so that was understandable. What I am not happy about is the cleanliness of the room. They did not change the linens at all, I can tell because it is not crisp when I ran my hands over it and there was hair underneath the covers. Check your linens before sleeping on them ppl! The headboard and side table were also dusty when I came in so that was a bummer.
