The best way to get there is to look for Royal hotel, then the hotel is located on 15th &16th floors of the building in the alley between 2 buildings which is right next to Royal hotel and the one with Olive Young (see the red arrow of the hotel pic). I reached late in the night for check in. was wandering for good 30 minutes in the locality. It was only after some locals helped me, that I identified the building.
