The best way to get there is to look for Royal hotel, then the hotel is located on 15th &16th floors of the building in the alley between 2 buildings which is right next to Royal hotel and the one with Olive Young (see the red arrow of the hotel pic). It shall be mentioned to prospective customers (at least after they book the property if not earlier). It will save a lot of time in locating the property. I reached late in the night for check in. was wandering for good 30 minutes in the locality. It was only after some locals helped me, that I identified the building.
