It’s very convenient for getting around, and nearby attractions like Cheonggyecheon Stream, Gwangjang Market, Chicken Soup Alley, Dongmyo, and the Yellow House are all within walking distance. At night, I enjoyed walking along the stream, and the Dongdaemun night view from my room was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The bedding was cozy, and having an elevator made it much easier to manage luggage compared to a nearby hostel I stayed at before. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which was very convenient. I really appreciated the free amenities: coffee machine (the coffee was good!), ice, microwave, and even a ramen machine. There’s a self-service laundry where you can buy detergent at the front desk for ₩3,000\. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful, speaking English, Japanese, and Chinese. They even assisted me with printing when needed. Other conveniences include a large TV with free Netflix, a The hotel exchange/charging machine in the lobby, and a convenience store and Lotteria right next door. Breakfast is provided free from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m., which is perfect for a light and easy start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with a great location, clean rooms, helpful amenities, and friendly staff. Das Hotel liegt direkt vor der U-Bahn-Station Dongdaemun, was die Fortbewegung sehr einfach macht, und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie DDP und die Märkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war renoviert, sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Annehmlichkeiten muss man allerdings separat für 1.000 KRW erwerben. Zunächst funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, was mich etwas überraschte, aber das Personal kam sofort vorbei, erklärte alles freundlich und löste das Problem. Dadurch habe ich großes Vertrauen in den Service gewonnen. Auch die Waschmaschine konnte ich am Abend benutzen, was für Langzeitgäste sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ein guter Start in den Tag, und ein Convenience-Store in der Nähe war ebenfalls nützlich.
