It’s enough space for 2 people. I checked in via calling the stuff and they tell us the password for the room. I did report to staff and they said they would turn the heat up but it was still cold. No staff at reception. Warmer was on in the room’s floor but have they forget the customers luggages and goodies they bought are place on the floor and it melted the chocolates and plastic material luggages. Online check in is fast and efficient but if we need to re-print the confirmation flight and seat number for claims is it able to do so? The toilet was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed. You have to change the towels yourself. My room was right at the entrance, so I could hear everybody coming in and out. Nobody respected the silence sign. One day contruction was done right infront of my room and I was not informed that it was going to happen.
