This stayed started from day 1. Rooms were not clean properly, had to ask to switch on 2nd day. I had to exit early when the plumbing issues extended for most of my stay. The age of building is a factor. The manager/owner was SUPER helpful. I would not have been able to get a taxi and get to one of my appointments without his help! Very quiet neighborhood. ##### Abbey Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Keiji 26 Jan 2025 Liked: Staff & service, amenities ソウル中心部まではそれなりに時間（約40分程度）がかかりますが、バス停、地下鉄駅ともに近く便利（最寄りは소울지방병무청역）。 施設は全体的に値段なりの古さ（宿泊した部屋が写真掲載されているのですが、実際は結構古かった…少しずつ改修されているのか、ドアは表面がキレイ、机も部分的に補修と努力されていますが）なので、キレイさを求める方は避けた方が無難。コスパ重視の方ならOKかと。 暖房施設が十分ではないので（掛布を追加してもらったのですが、３時間で勝手にオフになる小型ヒーターでは、朝方の冷込み時（-1〜-2℃と比較的暖かかったのですが…）に暖房が切れてしまってダメでした）、窓側の部屋は避けた方が良いと思われます。最終日は東大門のチムチルバン泊にしました笑 部屋の冷蔵庫はドアのところがカビていたので、窓際の天然冷蔵庫で済ませました。 スタッフの方には親切に対応してもらいました。 고맙습니다！ ただ、備え付けの電話の受話器マークのボタンはクセがあり、スタッフの方に電話をかけるのに一苦労しました。 この価格で個室なのは大きいので、さらに各所がキレイにされることを期待しつつ、コスパ重視の場合はまた利用したいと思います。 ##### Keiji Stayed 5 nights in Jan 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Takuya 29 Dec 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities とても静かです。シャワーもトイレも綺麗でした。キッチンには食器が揃っていて料理もできます。部屋も全く問題ありません。wifi は高速です。スタッフが夜中にいないので 夜にチェックインする人は少し大変かも。 夜中にチェックインする場合にどうやって鍵を受けとるのか事前に確認してください。 ##### Takuya Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### SH 24 Dec 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities A classic gosiwon I would say. In terms of the stay facilities, I didn't manage to meet any of th staff because my check in/out time is out of their operation hours. The room is small as expected, just nice for 1 person & 1 huge luggage. The bed is hard and the pillow is shallow, I can't sleep comfortably. Luckily I have my neck rest, otherwise I going to wake up with neck ache. The pantry needs a lot of cleaning, is so dirty. As for the shared bathroom, I guess you need to build a blurry glassdoor instead of curtains because is so cold when I came back late night and try to get shower. And the shower head hanger is broken, please fixed it. Really cheap for a single room. The rooms are great, the shared bathroom need some love. Your stay will depends on the other people with you. When I stayed, there was a lot of people making noise at 2 am and they were listening to movie on full volume without earphones. That was not nice, they didn’t listen when someone asked them to lower the volume/ put on earphones. Also, one person was washing her underwear with the shared bar of soap. Beware that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes or maybe something in the bed, that stung me quite a little. During my stay, the sink pipe broke. Hot water supply was great, kitchen amenities were homely, room was small but cozy, good for solo travellers. I'd stay here for 1-2 nights but i wouldnt stay longer. Location was convenient to get to the bus stop, and the bus to the airport stops there. Travel to Gangnam/Seongsu/Hongdae is about 1h by public transportation, Myeongdong around 35min.
