清渓川通りに面し、梨峴橋北北東すぐの老旧化したビルの2階以上部分に客室、橋から見えるところにあります。古宮巡りにはいい所です。1階入口はわかりにくく、夜間のチェックインでは要注意です。オーナーとの連絡は電話のみのようで、メールアドレスも明記して欲しい。北側５階の部屋は昼間でもとても静かでした。同4階以下は窓からは何も見えないでしょう。フロント、エレベーター、そして宿泊期間中の清掃も無いのでそれらを前提に検討して下さい。一人泊のため部屋の広さは十分でしたが、狭すぎるバスタブ無しのシャワーでの6連泊は、やっぱり疲れも溜まってきました。カビも厭なものです。コスパ優先の方どうぞ。 残念な部分はこのゲストハウスの環境とシングルルームに対する正確な情報が乏しかったところ。（安いとはいえ正しい情報の元、決めたいので。。） １，このゲストハウスビルは5階建てでエレベーターがなく、重いスーツケース持ちの場合、非常にきつく厳しい。 ２，シングルルームの掲載写真がなく、一瞬スタンダードルーム部屋のイメージになりやすいが、シングルルームは専用台所や洗濯機がなく、広さも半分以下なので非常に狭い(1泊当り900円程の差なら絶対にスタンダードルームがお勧め) ３，ゲストハウスなのでこの辺は仕方ないが客室情報のように「毎日のハウスキーピング」は当然なく、ゴミやタオルも自分で処理し、2階の袋からタオルを持って来なければならない。
