It was expected to be a small venue and very clean. The staff when present were very kind and friendly where our kids enjoyed the daily treats. Our only complaint would be the check in aspect where we didn’t realize there’s no staff on site and such lack of data would have proven very difficult to reach staff. We were also on the 4th floor and had not accounted for the lack of an elevator. We liked having the free laundry but unfortunately it would take 4-6hours to dry a load.
