The lift and corridor smells damp and cigarette smells. The room is extremely old and dated and the worse is the bed. It’s so hard it’s like sleeping on a cardboard box. I had to ask for it. at last check in, the staff said no more a stand light. I did not know they don't have washer and dryer. Hotel very old and run down. The elevator made funny noises, and it felt quite unsafe. Key card to unlock the door were temperamental. The room was quite big and spacious. The bathroom mirror has tape all on the bottom and it seems like they didn’t bother to replace it. The shower pressure was extremely weak. The bed was hard as concrete, which resulted lots of sleepless nights. We were not provided with enough pillows. We were only given 1 each. There was an aircon in the room but no remote to turn it on. It looked like the aircon was broken. No kettle or anything in the room.
