Non-smokers beware! You cannot be refunded if you book a room here even if you cannot sleep because the beds are uncomfortable and the air is toxic. The only "help" offered was to spray the room, which, you might also agree, is unacceptable if you booked a room that should have been non-smoking to start with! It would be best to pay a bit more for a proper hotel.
