It's a 3 minute walk to Cheongnyangni station, and from there you can get almost everywhere within 1/2 hour. My room was compact but had everything I needed and was Extra hangers were provided on request. I like the area, very walkable. There are cafes, bakeries and convenience stores every block, on both sides of the boulevard. And the staff were SO nice - friendly and helpful! Basic English was understood and spoken by a few, and for the few that didn't, a translation app worked fine. There are plenty of nearby convenient store, cafe and restaurant in the area and there's also the lotte department store which is at the station.
